Your bike deserves the best care. As a certified bicycle mechatronics technician, I take care of e-bikes, full-suspension bikes, hardtails and touring bikes at our Bike Base in Vienna-Penzing – personally, reliably, and fairly.
You can schedule an appointment to bring your bike to us, or come by during our drop-off times.

Your bike needs service or repair?
Walk-in without appointment: Tuesday & Thursday 14:00 - 18:00 or Wednesday 08:00 - 13:00 o'clock
All other times: by appointment via web form or telephone.
Tip: Bring your bike clean – that way we can check everything properly upon receipt.
Basic Service
A complete check-up for your bike – adjustments, cleaning, safety check and test ride. Ideal as an annual service.

From minor repairs to complete overhauls – costs always according to an estimate upon initial consultation or by phone after a detailed initial inspection. No surprises. Many jobs completed on the same day.

- Bring your bike - walk in Tue & The 16:00-18:00, Wed 8:00-13:00 or make an appointment
- Cost estimate at drop-off - we check your bike together and make an estimate
- Repair & Service - many activities are completed on the same day
- Collection and payment — we will contact you in advance if there are any unexpected additional costs.
