Service
Every bike needs regular maintenance to keep it fully functional and fun for as long as possible. This is especially true for electric bikes. We not only service our rental bikes, you can also bring us your own bike. A basic service should be carried out at least once a year. If the bikes are used a lot, brakes, gears and electric components should even be checked several times a year.
You can bring your bike for service or repair every Tuesday and Thursday between 4:00pm and 6:30pm without appointment or anytime on agreement.

- Check and adjust front and rear derailler

- Anbauteile überprüfen
- Kurbelgarnitur und Tretlager schmieren
- Steuersatz schmieren
- Bremsen, Bremssättel und Koblen reinigen
- Kompletten Antrieb reinigen
Of course, if the service shows that repairs are necessary, we will contact you and let you know the costs before we get to work. You can decide at any time whether this repair should be carried out or not. If it is necessary to order components or parts, the agreed completion date may be delayed.
We are also available for special needs. Some examples:
- To bring your bike in-line with Austrian STVO (reflectors and lights)
- Installation of a retractable seatpost
- Selection and installation of bike stand, mudguards, or luggage racks
- Assembly of bags or other attachments
